Honorary Doctorate Conferment Ceremony
In recognition of the outstanding dedication and achievements throughout the professional career of the esteemed media personality and researcher, and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences at ISTU, Dr. Elchin ALIBAYLI, the ISTU Senate has resolved to confer upon him the title of Honorary Doctorate.
The conferment ceremony will take place on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 11:30 AM local time at the ISTU Baku Office.
