TurkishInstitutional success indicators and performance measurements are envisaged for all academic staff working at our University. It is accepted that the efficiency of educational programs depends primarily on the information-based applications and tools used, but it is a fact that the effective and efficient structure of human resources is equally critical. All quality enhancing practices and requirements determined by the ISTU Senate and monitored and supervised by the Rectorate are meticulously followed. On the other hand, the development processes of our members are supported through in-house training programs. ISTU's main means of awareness, visibility and recognition are not commercial advertisements, but the intensity of scientific and academic studies.
